The Terrazi Gaia is a scrapped vehicle that would have appeared in the cancelled video game, Ridge Racer 8. It is a brand new machine which is present on a billboard advertisement featured in Ace Combat 7: Skies Unknown.

It's design is much more modern compared to Terrazi's current models. The side profile is similar to that of an Audi R8 V10, with hints of the 2nd generation Acura/Honda NSX. It's tagline says it is a "lean green mean machine" which implies the car is likely to be a hybrid car or an all-electric vehicle.
This could hint that Ridge Racer 8 would've featured a more modern variety of cars, including a larger number of hybrids and/or electric vehicles.
A render from CEDEC 2020 conference contains what seems to be a HDRI render test scene that contains an actual 3D model of the Terrazi Gaia (in blue) as a fully-modeled vehicle as opposed to a concept art sketch, although it is unknown as to what purpose the car serves from there.[1]
