The Terrazi Cowboy is a sports car made by Terrazi, exclusively featured in Ridge Racer Type 4.

It embodies Terrazi's penchant for having cars with unusual body designs, evident by the cockpit's location. Powered by a 3.0 liter V6 engine, this mid-range Stage 3 machine is a capable car thanks to its lightweight construction.

From now until about 20 years ago, foreign cars in Japan were American cars. This Cowboy was made as a racing car with the concept that all Japanese products were made to "catch up and overtake the United States". Cowboys have a job to chase after cows. This machine was named with the meaning of chasing a delicate American rate (cow), but in fact, the nickname of Lizard Burton, the president of Lizard, was also "cow", and it became a hot topic in the racing world for a while. The engine is an NA (naturally aspirated) V6 3,000cc engine that Terrazi is good at along with the in-line 4 cylinder and it is also a feature of this machine that it has an FF layout, which is rare in racing cars.

- Next to the Kamata Fortune, is one of the only cars in the series to have an FF (front engine, front wheel drive) layout.
- Coincidentally, the Cowboy, being a lightweight front-wheel drive 3.0 V6 engine prototype, shares these characteristics with the 2015 Nissan GT-R LM Nismo, a front-wheel drive LMP car notable for its lack of success.
