The Ghosts of Pac-Man appear in Ridge Racer V as playable characters. They ride on micro-scooters.

The ghosts are named Blinky, Pinky, Inky and Clyde.

They can be unlocked by winning the Pac-Man GP event.

Blinky also appears as a playable and unlockable character in Ridge Racer 64, he appears in his 8-bit form from the original Pac-Man game, he can also be recolored to look like Pinky, Inky and Clyde.

Trivia

• It is possible that the ghosts' scooters are Terrazi motorcycles, given that Terrazi is a motorcycle brand.
• The ghosts' scooters have engines that are modelled after certain items from the Pac-Man games.
• In Ridge Racer 64, Blinky's default color is light blue (Inky's color) rather than his usual red; he can, however, be recolored when selected.
• In Ridge Racer DS, Blinky is replaced by a Shy Guy on ice skates.
