The Assoluto Istante is a sports car manufactured by Assoluto, available only in Rage Racer.
Description[]
The Istante is a MT-only Grade 4 car, powered by a 3.5 liter double overhead cam flat-12 engine, putting out 380ps (375hp) and enabling the car to reach a top speed of 296 km/h. An optional Grade 5 upgrade gives the car a new 4.2 liter engine, increasing the car's power and top speed to 450ps (444hp) and 310 km/h. Power is transmitted through a 6 speed gearbox in Grade 5.

Trivia[]
- The cars design resembles both the Vector W8 (on the front end and its angular styling) with bits of the Lamborghini Countach LP5000 QV on the rear.
- Mechanically however, the Istante is more similar to the Countach LP5000 QV as the car is powered by a twelve-cylinder engine (as opposed to the Vector W8's twin-turbo V8), has a similar rear wing, makes roughly similar power and the fact that it is a manual-only car (the Vector W8 has a three-speed automatic).
