The Dirigeant is a car manufactured by Age, featured in Ridge Racer Type 4. It belongs in the game's lower end of second tier cars line-up. It is powered by a small 2.0 liter inline-4 engine, however, it is the lightest car in the Stage 2 category, and only weighs 600 kilograms or, in Imperial units, 1,322.77 pounds.

The characteristic of the Dirigeant is its body line, which has not changed for 25 years. Of course, there are many small improvements, but it seems to be France that cherishes the old ones and at last has become a player for 25 years. The Dirigeant is also a machine originally designed for the final GP. Until 10 years ago, there were only three categories in RRR, excluding specials and the current final GP was positioned in the middle class. The Dirigeant was a machine that was active in that class, but since the second qualifying was newly established in the lower stage, the machine also made a lower model and started the race from the second qualifying. The traditional OHC engine still has the performance that does not fade.

- In French, "Dirigeant" means "Leader."
- The Age Dirigeant is based on a 1964 Ginetta G4 overall, it's front end resembles the 1962 Ferrari 250 GTO.
- It has the lowest horsepower output out of every car in Ridge Racer Type 4, as it starts off with 112hp (using the Micro Mouse Mappy tune at Stage 1) and ends at 152hp (using the Racing Team Solvalou tune at stage 4).
